We are looking for a Student Analyst / Junior Founder’s Associate to join our team in Copenhagen - 15-20 hours/week (Flexible during exams).
At Legacy, we are pivoting the way the world views buildings. We are building the leading Climate & Transition Risk Intelligence platform for Physical Assets.
This is not a typical student job. You will work directly with our Founding Team as a strategic support function. You won't just be crunching numbers; you will help us operationalize our new strategy and roll out our Risk Intelligence to the financial sector.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Support: Assist the founders with market research, competitor analysis, and preparation of board materials.
- Commercial Operations: Support the sales and fundraising process by maintaining data rooms and creating high-quality presentation decks.
- Process Optimization: Help us build a scalable engine. You identify bottlenecks in our workflows and find smart digital solutions (yes, including AI tools) to fix them.
- Market Intelligence: Keep us ahead of the curve on regulatory trends (EU Taxonomy, CRREM) and market movements.
What you'll be doing
Within 1 month, you will
- Get to know the team and our new strategic direction.
- Deep dive into the Legacy Risk Intelligence Platform, understanding the distinction between Physical Risk (floods, heat) and Transition Risk (compliance, CO2).
- -ake ownership of our CRM data structure to ensure our commercial team runs smoothly.
Within 3 months, you will
- Assist in the execution of key strategic initiatives alongside the CEO/COO.
- Produce data-driven insights for meetings with banks and institutional investors.
- Help automate at least one internal reporting process to free up time for the team.
Within 6 months, you will
- Run smaller strategic projects independently from start to finish.
- Have a deep understanding of PropTech and Climate Finance, making you a valuable sparring partner for the management.
- Be a trusted, integrated part of the Legacy team.
What you'll bring to the team
You are likely studying at CBS, ITU, or DTU (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering).
- Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable working with complex data and can translate it into clear, actionable insights.
- Structured & Proactive: You don't wait for tasks to be handed to you. You see what needs to be fixed and you act on it.
- Tech-Savvy: You naturally adopt new tools to work smarter, not harder.
- Commercial Interest: You understand concepts like "Asset Value," "Credit Risk," and "Due Diligence."
- Communication: Excellent writing and verbal skills in English and Danish.
